AGD: Mr. Nguyen Van Dao commits to buy shares

On June 04, Mr. Nguyen Van Dao sent an announcement of trading inside shareholder to the State Securities Commission, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company, in order to register to purchase shares from the minority shareholders who want to transfer shares before Godaco Seafood JSC delists its shares.

-         According to the resolution of extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated October 05, 2012, the Board of Directors was authorized to plan to buy back all shares from minority shareholders at VND50,000/share before delisting shares.

-         Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Van Dao ensured to purchase all shares from minority shareholders at a price not less than VND50,000/share from June 07, 2013 to July 05, 2013.
