CTD: Coteccons wins bid for construction projects

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons JSC) won bid for package “Golf Club House” worth VND63 billion.

Golf Club House is built on an area of 2,500m² in the Grand Ho Tram owned by Asian Coast Development (Canada). This project is the first large scale in Vietnam which is built on a total area of 164 hectares and a neglected beach stretching over 2km at Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria Vung Tau including five star hotel, entertainment center, 18-hole professional golf courses, high-tech meeting rooms, entertainment center for children, cuisine, spa and services areas. The package is constructed in 06 months.

Previous, Coteccons also received a notice that Que Huong Liberty  Joint Stock Company assigned Coteccons to conduct the Hotel Culture project at 59-61 Pasteur, district 1, HCMC worth VND100 billion.
