Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company (VINAGOLF) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 06, 2013 as follows:

1.       Approving the income report of Quarter 1/2013 and business plan for Quarter 2/2013.

2.       Approving to continue finding strategic partners to transfer shares/assets to restructure Vinagolf’s capital resources.
