Viet - Han Corporation a personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu, Legal representative was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD and CEO.

-         Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu, Legal representative was appointed as Chairman of the BOD of Que Viet Quang Nam Co.Ltd and Viet Han Building Material Joint Stock Company.

-         Mr. Le Hieu Phuong was appointed as Chief Accountant and the authorized information disclosure staff of Viet - Han Corporation.
