Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         The resignation of Mr. Pascal De Petrini from the position a member of the Board of Directors as from May 23, 2013.

-         The appointment of Mr. Ng Jui Sia as a member of the Board of Directors as from May 23, 2013.
