Viet - Han Corporation announced the change of its CEO as follows:

-         Mr. Huynh Tan Chung resigned as CEO of Viet - Han Corporation, effective from May 23, 2013.

-         Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu was appointed as new CEO of Viet - Han Corporation, effective from May 23, 2013.
