VICEM BUT SON CEMENT Joint Stock Company announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-                Ms. Nguyen Bich Thuy has been appointed Chair of the board in place of Mr. Luong Quang Khai.

-                Mr. Pham Van Toan has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Phan Trong Lap

-                Mr. Tran Huu Chi has been appointed member of Supervisory board in place of Mr. Ta Quoc Luan
