VFC: VINAFCO changes legal representative

Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company (Stock code: VCF) announced the change of MSN’s representative for 50% stake in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company as follows:

-         Before changing:

+         Mr. Truong Cong Thang – e member of the Board of Directors cum CEO of Ma San Group Corporation as MSN’s representative for 50% stake in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company.

+         Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – BOD Chairman of Ma San Group Corporation as MSN’s representative for 50% stake in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company.

-         After changing:

+         Mr. Truong Cong Thang – a member of the Board of Directors cum CEO as MSN’s representative for 100% stake in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company.
