- Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuc Lam as Chairman of the BOD as from April 26, 2013 - Approving the resignation of Mr. Charles Benard Gregory as a member of the BOD as from April 26, 2013 - Appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan as Chairman of the BOD as from April 26, 2013. - Appointing Mr. Truong Ngoc Lan as a member of the BOD as from April 26, 2013.
