TNG Investment and Trading JSC announces the change in the BOD and the Supervisory Board with effect since 28/04/2013 as follows:

-                    Mr. Nguyen Quy Thinh and Ms. Doan Thi Thu have resigned from Director

-                   Mr. Tran Minh Hieu and Mr. Nguyen Viet Thanh have been appointed Director for term 2013 - 2018

-                    Mr. Pham Truong Xuan has  resigned from Member  of Supervisory Board

-                   Ms. Ha Thu Tuyet has been appointed Member  of Supervisory Board for term 2013 - 2018
