PTL: Announcement of personnel appointment

PVC Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (PVC-Petroland JSC) announced personnel changes as follows:

-         Mr. Ngo Hong Minh, Member of the Board of Directors, was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors for term 2013 – 2017, effective from April 25, 2013.

-         Mr. Bui Minh Chinh, Member of the Board of Directors, was appointed as CEO, effective from April 25, 2013.

-         Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong was appointed Head of the Board of Supervisors for term 2013 – 2017, effective from April 25, 2013.
