PPC: PPC changes its representative in NPS

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (PPC) announced the change of its representative for 20% stake in North Thermal Power Repairing Service JSC (NPS) as follows:

-         On May 03, 2013, the Board of Directors of PPC allowed Mr. Pham Van Thu to leave his posts as: PPC’s representative for 20% stake in NPS, Board Member and CEO of NPS before May 15, 2013. 

-         The Board of Directors of PPC appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Deputy CEO of NPS, as PPC’s representative for 20% stake in NPS. He will be also nominated to the Board of Directors and as CEO for NPS at the 2013 Annual General Meeting of NPS.
