HU3: HUD changes its representative at HUD3

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HUD3) announced that it received an official document from the Board of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD), the firm holds 51% of HUD3. Accordingly, HUD proposed additional contents to HUD3’s Annual General Meeting 2013, including the change of representative for HUD’s capital at HUD3 as follows:

-         HUD expected to nominate Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy as Member of the Board of Directors for term 2010 – 2015. The election will be implemented at the annual general meeting.
