HTV: Change of legal representative

According to Resolution dated March 15, 2013 of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) announced the information as follows:

-         Mr. Do Van Huan, a member of the Board of Directors cum Director of, Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company, has replaced Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh will be legal representative of HTV.
