BVH: Two BOD, BOS members resign

Bao Viet Holdings announced the termination of membership in the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Board of Supervisors (BOS) as follows:

-         Mr. Charles Bernard Gregory resigned from the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Ho Yin Danny Lui resigned from the Board of Supervisors.  

-         The membership termination is effective from April 24, 2013, the date when the resignation letters were announced at the 2013 annual general meeting of Bao Viet Holdings.
