KIS: Announcement of new BOD member

Pursuant to Resolution No.01/2013/NQ-DHDCD dated April 18, 2013 by the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS) disclosed the personnel change in the Board of Directors as follows :

-         Mr. Kim Min Kyu was appointed to replace Mr. Park Won Sang as Member of the Board of Directors because Mr. Park Won Sang resigned.
