VCS: Personnel change

Vinaconex Advanced Compound Stone JSC announces personnel changes as follows:

1. Directorate change

-         Mr. Ho Xuan Nang has resigned from Chair of the Board and has been appointed Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 18/04/2013

-         Mr. Nguyen Duc Luu has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Ho Xuan Nang with effect since 18/04/2013

2.     Management change

-         Mr. Nguyen Quoc Truong has resigned from General Manager and has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 18/04/2013

-         Mr. Ho Xuan Nang has been appointed General Manager with effect since 18/04/2013

3. Company’s legal representative change

-         Mr. Ho Xuan Nang – General Manager has been Company’s legal representative.

4. Not amending company charter:

-         “General Manager to be Company’s legal representative”
