Exploring Investment Company Limited.

Dao Van Thang has been re-appointed Manager of the Company’s branch in Ho Chi
Minh with effect since 15/04/2013.

Mr.
Hoang Van Toan has been re-appointed General Manager of the Company with effect
since 15/04/2013.

Mr.
Luu Van Hai, Mr. Nguyen Nam Hong have been re-appointed Deputy General Managers
of the Company with effect since 15/04/2013.

Mr.
Ngo Viet Hau has been re-appointed Manager of SOTRACO Mineral Exploring
Investment Company Limited with effect since 15/04/2013.

Pham Truong Tam has been re-appointed Chief Accountant of the Company in term
