Songda 7 JSC announces change in the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board as follows: 
1. Mr. Vu Quang Duong stopped holding Director since 25/04/2013
2. Mr. Nguyen Hong Truong stopped holding Director since 25/04/2013
3. Mr. Pham Minh Thuan stopped holding member of the Supervisory Board since 25/04/2013
4. Additional election of Mr. Nguyen Van But – Deputy General Manager as Director session 2011 – 2015 since 25/04/2013
5. Additional election of Mr. Le Vinh Giang – Deputy General Manager as Director session 2011 – 2015 since 25/04/2013
6. Additional election of Mr. Bui Minh Hop – Chief of Administrative organization as member of the Supervisory Board session 2011 – 2015 since 25/04/2013.
