DHM: Board Resolution Mar 29

Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 29, 2013:

-         The Board of Directors to lease 10 hectare land in Binh Quy, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province to make a farm to keep Trionychid turtle for the second phase.

-         The Board of Directors approved the borrowing of VND40 billion from Viettinbank Luu Xa and the credit line of VND50 billion.
