VFG: Viet Nam Fumigation JSC changes auditing company

Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company decided to choose another auditing company for fiscal year 2013, according to the resolution of annual general meeting 2013 and the resolution of the Board of Directors.

Therefore, pursuant to Auditing Agreement No.13.456/HDKT-DTL dated April 26, 2014, DTL Auditing Company Ltd. will be the auditing company for Viet Nam Fumigation JSC in 2013.
