Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution dated April 25, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to close a branch of Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company as from May 01, 2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen The Vinh as Director at branch of Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company.
