Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents:

1.       The report on business result in Quarter 1/2013:

-         Industrial production value: 79.3 billion dongs

-         Net revenue: 228.4 billion dongs

-         Profit before tax: 24.5 billion dongs

-         Salary fund: 18.6 billion dongs

2.       Business plan for Quarter 2/2013:

-         Industrial production value: 93 billion dongs

-         Net revenue: 270 billion dongs

-         Profit: 7-10% of revenue

-         Salary fund: 21.6 billion dongs.

The Board of Directors approved to issue shares to pay the  dividend

Record date: from May 25, 2013 to May 31, 2013.
