On April 15, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012 of Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Stock symbol: PET                             

-         Ex-right date:   April 25, 2013   

-         Record date:   May 02, 2013 

-         Purpose:          to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

-         Payment date: May 20, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Petrovietnam General Services Corporation - 6th Floor, PetroVietNam Building, No. 1-5 Le Duan St., Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1, HCM City (Tel: (84-8) 3911 7777. Fax: (84-8) 3911 6789) from May 20, 2013 and please submit ID cards.
