-       Mr. Pham Dinh San – Vice Chair of the Board

-       Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ngoc – Director cum Chief Accountant

-       Mr. Cu Minh Kim – Director

-       Mr. Bui Thanh Phong – Director

2. Mr. Nguyen Hong Ha, Mr. Nguyen Ho Bac; Mr. Dinh Thanh Le; Mr. Luu Huy Phuc; Mr. Pham Van Hoan have been appointed Deputy General Manager with term from 2013 -2016
