On April 02, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.390/2013/TB-SGDHCM and Decision No.114/2013/QD-SGDHCM to suspend transactions relating to the stock of Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAX) as from April 04, 2013.

Reason: Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company suffered losses for 02 consecutive years, according to the 2011 & 2012 audited financial statements.
