FPT: Board Resolution

FPT Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 01, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to transfer the ownership of FPT Services from FPT Joint Stock Company to FPT Information System Co., Ltd (FPT IS).

-         FPT IS is one member Company limited which FPT holds 100% stake. FPT IS runs in the field: system integration, software development, software solution supply, information and technology service.

-         FPT Services is one member Company which FPT holds 100% stake. FPT Services mainly runs in the field: warranty, maintenance services for information and technology services, one of FPT IS’s main business lines.
