DLR: Fined for tax violations
On 17/01/2013, the Lam Dong Department of Taxation issued
a decision on fining Dalat Real Estate JSC for tax violations as follows:
- Collecting all tax arrears of 2011 to 06/2012 after the
inspection: VND318,821,802, including VND7,438,541 of VAT, VND303,850,025 of
corporate income tax, and VND7,533,236 of individual income tax.
- Administrative penalty of VND2,525,224 for tax violation
and being late for paying tax.
Dalat Real Estate JSC is requested to pay this amount
witin 10 days since the reception of this decision. HNX
