CLC: Cat Loi JSC to pay dividends at VND1,000 per share

Cat Loi Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the third BOD meeting of 2013. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to pay the final installment of 2012 dividend as follows:

-         Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000 per share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: April 26, 2013

-         Payment date: May 20, 2013.

-         The resolution takes effect as from April 04, 2013.
