DMC: SCIC Changes Representatives in Domesco

Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DOMESCO) has announced the changes of representatives of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in DOMESCO as follows:

1.   Representatives for the State-owned capital before change:

-         Mr. Huynh Trung Chanh, Standing Deputy Chairman cum CEO of DOMESCO, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien, BOD Member of DOMESCO, represent 34.7% of SCIC’s capital in DOMESCO.

2.   Representatives for the State-owned capital after change:

-         Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, Head of Risk Management of SCIC cum Chairman of DOMESCO, represents 3,090,888 shares, or 17.36% of DOMESCO’s charter capital.

-         Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa – Deputy CEO of DOMESCO, represents 1,545,445 shares, or 8.68% of DOMESCO’s charter capital.

-         Mr. Le Van Nha Phuong – Deputy CEO of DOMESCO, represents 1,545,445 shares, or 8.68% of DOMESCO’s charter capital.
