Bien Hoa Concrete JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Mr. Vu Xuan Hai has been appointed Chair of the board
2. Operating result 2012 and Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 128.04 billion

- Profit before tax: - VND 26.464 billion

- Profit after tax: - VND 20.367 billion

- Salary fund: VND 13.35 billion

- Average income: VND 4,775,000/ month

* 2013:

- Revenue: VND 203 billion

- Profit after tax: - VND 4.25 billion

- Salary fund: VND 17.2 billion

- Average income: VND 5,639,000/ month

3. Audited financial statement 2012
4. Report from the BOD 2012 and payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2013

- General manager: VND 20 million/ month

- Chair of the board: VND 5 million/ month

- Director: VND 2.5 million/ month

- Chief of Supervisory board: VND 2.5 million/ month

- Member of Supervisory board: VND 2.5 million/ month

- Secretary : VND 2 million/ month 

5. Closing branch in Hochiminh city
6. Mr. Vu Xuan Hai, chair of the board, also holds General Manager poition.
