Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (C&T) has announced explanation for business result in 2012 as follows:

1.       Profit from activities business:

-         Because of property market quiet, while consumers of C&T were construction contractors and real estate investors leading to revenue of sales and services in 2012 and profit decreased.

2.       Other profit decreased because contract of company were found because the company delayed in delivery projects.
