Coma18 Joint Stock Company has explained business results in 2012 as follows:

In 2012, economic difficulties, special difficulties in real estate market. Therefore business results in 2012 was loss.

The firm attributed the loss to the frozen real estate market, and a decrease in public investments because of lack of funds, no seeking for new construction works, etc.
