Article 1: Approving reports the 2012 business results and the 2013 targets:

Article 6: Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2012 and payment plan 2013:

-         2012: 202,800,000 dongs

-         The source financial: profit after tax

-         Payment plan 2013: 202,800,000

Article 7: Approving to amend the Articles of Association.

Article 8: Approving to change of head office address.

-         New address: 135 Tran Phu Street, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Ha Noi City.

Article 9: Approving to elect the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO

Article 10: Approving to choose an auditing firm in 03 auditing firm (AVA, AASC, CPA Ha Noi).

Article 11: The regulation is valid as from March 28, 2013.
