SBT: Board resolution No. 08

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 28, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved the plan to set up Thanh Thanh Cong Sugar Cane Research and Application JSC with charter capital of 30 billion dongs in which SBT contributes 7.2 billion dongs or 24%. The legal representative of contribution: Mr. Trinh Minh Chau – Deputy CEO of SBT

-         This resolution takes effect from February 28, 2013.
