Cuongthuan Investment Corporation announced a personnel change as follows:

Mr. Tran Nhu Hoang, CEO replaced Ms. Truong Hong Loan as Chairman of the BOD.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, a member of the BOD replaced Mr. Tran Nhu Hoang as CEO.
