Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC (KHADIHOUSE JSC) finished the transfer of 10,948,000 shares (or 39.1% charter capital) in Khu Dong Real Estate Trading and Investment JSC (*). Therefore, Khadihouse’s holding in Real Estate Trading and Investment JSC decreased from 94% to 54.9%. (*) The company name is temporarily translated.
