GMD: Notice of the dissolution & establishment of associated companies

Gemadept Corporation has announced the dissolution and establishment of associated companies as follows:

1.      Gemadept Corporation dissolved MBN-GMD Vietnam Co., Ltd.

MBN-GMD Vietnam Co., Ltd was a foreign invested enterprise, in which Gemadept contributed 34%. Its business sector was in the bonded warehouse service. MBN-GMD Vietnam Co., Ltd was granted Notice of Dissolution No.1184/TB-SKHDT by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City on February 06, 2013. 

Reason: The investment license expires.  

2.      Gemadept Corporation established a new associated company: Molenbergnatie – Gemadept Viet Nam Co., Ltd, and increased Gemadept Corporation’s contributed capital.  

In order to maintain business, Gemadept Corporation and the partner was granted Investment License No.462022000862 dated November 09, 2011 by the Binh Duong Industrial Zone Management Board to establish Molenbergnatie – Gemadept Viet Nam Co., Ltd. 

-         Company name: Molenbergnatie – Gemadept Viet Nam Co., Ltd.

-         Business sector: warehouse rental.

-         Charter capital: US$500,000. Gemadept Corporation invests 49%.

-         Operational duration: 20 years.
