Article 1: Approving business plan for 2013, with main figures:

-         Electricity production:  738 million kWh

-         Total revenue:  VND 373,471 million

-         Total cost: VND 298,575 million

-         Profit before tax: VND 17,489 million

-         Profit after tax: VND 57m407 million

Article 2: Authorizing the CEO implement business plan for 2013.
