Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company announced to change titles in the Board of Managements from January 01, 2013 as follows:

1. Directors is changed CEO;
2. Deputy Sales Director is changed Deputy Sales CEO;
3. Deputy Production Technology Director is changed Deputy Production Technology CEO.
