NKG: NKG warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.54/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated February 25, 2013 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (stock code: NKG) has been warned in the entire stock market.

Reason: The Company frequently violated the information disclosure regulation at Point dd and Point h - Clause 2.1.1 - Section II of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 and Clause 3 - Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
