AME: Board Resolution

Anphanam Mechanical Electric JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 30/01/2013 as follows:

1. Mr. Lam Son Tung, Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, Ms. Au Thien Huong have resigned from Director
2. Ms. Truong Thi Thu Hien has appointed Deputy General Manager in place of Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet with effect since 01/02/2013.
3. Establishment of Management board of industry contruction. Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong is manager.
4. Establishment of Business Department. Mr. Bui Hoang Tuan is manager.
