SGT: SGT warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.50/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated February 22, 2013 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (stock code: SGT) has been warned in the entire stock market.

Reason: The Company violated the information disclosure regulation at Point 3.1, Clause 3 of Article 7, Clause 2 and Clause 3 of Article 10 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 guiding the information disclosure on stock market.
