HQC: Hoang Quan Corp invests in Cinderella 2 Project

Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (Hoang Quan Corp) officially signed a contract to buy a part of Nam Hiep Thanh Housing Project in Phu My new urban, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, invested by Nam Hiep Thanh Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project has an area of 3.53 hectares, in which Hoang Quan Corp purchased 11,680.0 m2 to build terraced houses, villas and named that area Cinderella 2. Cinderella 2 is expected to supply 150 terraced houses and villas. It has been finished infrastructure and will open for sale in January 2013.
