Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company has announced the authorization of Chairman Le Ngoc Son as follows:

As of October 09, 2012, Mr. Le Ngoc Son, VTB’s Chairman and Legal Representative, authorized Mr. Vu Duong Ngoc Duy, Deputy CEO, to sign all documents related to banking, tax, custom, Ministry of Trade and Finance, and other papers related to the company’s management.
