On January 18, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.38/2013/TB-SGDHCM informing about the record date for consulting shareholders of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation:

-         Ex-right date: January 28, 2013

-         Record date: January 30, 2013

-         Purpose: to consult shareholders in writing about transferring part of assets in Binh Duong Branch to implement joint-venture and contribute capital with domestic or foreign potential partners.

-         Time for consulting shareholders: expected in February 2013.
