Northern Textiles and Garments JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/01/2013 as follows: 1. Handing over the dispose of shares in Truong Ha JSC a) Approving that Mr. Mai Duc Lam pays VND500,000,000 to the company b) The Company facilitates to split Land Use Rights Certificate of Building 3 at the request of the buyer c) The company ensures carry out: - “Excerpts from the Minutes of meeting of Khu lien co Giap Bat on 09/03/2007 and 04/04/2007” - “Dispatch No. 146 on 09/08/2007 of Northern Textiles and Garments JSC sent to the companies at 352 Giai Phong street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city d) The buyers must pay fee for land lease and tax of land use from 01/01/2012 e) Chair of the Board and General Manager directly hand over. 2. Approval of Report No.01/VSMMMB on 02/01/2013 on sale of Northern Textiles and Garments II Co., Ltd one member - Stop selling Northern Textiles and Garments II Co., Ltd one member HNX
