PPE: General Mandate

PetroVietnam Power Engineering Consulting JSC announces change in the BOD as follows:

-       Mr. Van Xuan Anh has been appointed Chair of the BOD and Manager in place of Mr. Le Lieu with effect since 01/12/2012.

-       Mr. Phung Van Duc has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 01/12/2012.
