PPI: PPI sets up Import & Export Office

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 13, 2012 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to set up Import & Export Office

-           Name in Vietnamese: Văn phòng kinh doanh Xuất Nhập Khẩu tại Quận 1 – Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

-           Name in English: Import & Export Office at District 1, HCMC

-           Address: 12 Vo Van Kiet, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC

-           Function: Coordinates import and export activities; organizes purchase and processing of the company’s export products in Vietnam and Cambodia; develops the company’s business lines.

2. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Pham Duc Tan – BOD Chairman cum CEO as Head of the new office.
