IFS: Interfood replaces Document No.1154
Interfood Shareholding Company (IFS) has replaced Document No.1154 with Document No.1155 as follows:
“Today, Interfood Shareholding Company (“IFS”) just received a copy of the 5th amending certificate of investment No.472033000355 dated 10/12/2012 of the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Zone issued for Avafood Shareholding Company (“Ava”) – a subsidiary of IFS – which confirmed IFS to increase its stake from 90% to 90.4% (equivalent to an increase from 72,900,000 VND to 73,224,000,000 VND) by acquiring all shares of two other individual founding shareholders in Ava.No significant change in Ava and IFS as a result of this transaction; existing structure of the Board and the Board of Directors in Ava unchanged.”
